As a key member of the Exhibitions & Touring Team, the role delivers and manages logistical and design aspects of ACMI's ongoing temporary exhibition program and its permanent exhibition.
This is a fixed-term full-time role until 8 August 2025.

About the role As an Exhibition Project Manager, you will deliver and manage logistical and design aspects of ACMI's ongoing temporary exhibition program and its permanent exhibition.
Reporting to the Head of Exhibitions, you will work collaboratively with the Head of Touring to ensure Exhibition design and collateral is developed to suit conditions for touring.
What you'll bring to the role Significant experience delivering high-quality exhibitions at a range of scales, including exhibition planning and development in a public exhibition or museum display environment.
Highly developed organisational and project management skills with the proven ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands within strict timeframes.
Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations including highly developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate staff in a complex environment with sound experience in inducting a multi-functional and diverse team of staff.
A current Construction Induction White Card.
