Our call to you We regularly seek talented and experienced paralegals, law clerks and solicitors across Australia to work in our compensation and loss recovery law practices, where you'll be on the frontline as we doggedly seek justice.
Reporting to a Legal Practice Manager, you'll truly champion our clients by: Working in a team of experienced solicitors to prepare matters for conferences and hearings.
Effectively assessing claims, including liability and quantum.
Cultivating strong relationships with our clients through exceptional communication and clear management of expectations.
Preparing legal documentation with a high degree of detail, and running a file load with a keen level of commercial and fiscal awareness.
What You'll Bring To thrive at Shine, you'll have: Significant experience as a paralegal, law clerk or solicitor within a personal injury practice.
A strong understanding of, and ability to interpret the relevant legislation and legal documentation.
An innate ability to question, challenge the status quo and always stay ahead of the pack.
