Facility Manager

We need someone with at least 3 years in a Facility Manager; leading by example you have a genuine care for your team and getting to know your residents and their families.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have:
Must be an RN with AHPRA registration
3 years of Facility Management experience.
Ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver high-quality care
Efficient and able to create a positive working environment leading by example
Proven track record of leading a team through successful accreditation.
Ability to implement policies & procedures.
Experience with budgets, rosters & HR
Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to coach & mentor
A stable employment track record.
Key responsibilities include:
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care standards, improve clinical indicators and business performance targets.
Proven ability at developing teams and maintaining a great team culture.
Ensure that all staff adhere to the values, objectives, policies, and procedures of the organisation.
Demonstrate continuous improvement in all aspects of care, service delivery, education, and staff development.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience for all internal and external parties.
