Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Direct client contact & managing own files; Preparation & drafting of all relevant legal documents, providing advice; Appearances as necessary, attending hearings/mediations etc.; Becoming involved in business development/marketing initiatives; Provide guidance/assistance to lesser experienced lawyers/legal staff.
Ideally, successful candidate(s) will have: Minimum 3+ years PAE; Strong drafting/client service skills; Excellent communication/inter-personal skills; Experience gained within a recognised family law practice.
