Deliver interventions that promote safety, stability, and positive outcomes for families.

Manage your own caseload, working with families to develop tailored support plans.
Work closely with local communities to address family needs and build sustainable, positive outcomes.
What We're Looking For: A minimum Diploma qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience in family services, family violence, or case management in related fields (e.g., youth, AOD, homelessness, mental health).
Proven experience in case management and direct service delivery.
A passion for supporting families and making a positive impact on regional communities.
What We Offer: Competitive salary packages ranging from $97,000 - $119,000 (depending on the role) + super + salary packaging options.
