This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
Your primary functions will be: Build trusted partnerships with Residence Managers Preparation of budgets and forecasts for new residences and business activities /projects.
Detailed labor costing includes costing of rosters and modelling of staffing structures.
Assist managers in achieving financial targets Income analysis – all aspects of income modelling, resident mix, RAD/DAP analysis and reporting.
Identify and drive operational efficiencies across the organization.
Preparation of Business Improvement Plans and ongoing monitoring to achieve targets.
Desirable Skills & Experience CA /CPA qualification Current Driver's license; this role will require regular car travel to residences within Victoria.
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in aged care or health/service-related industry.
