In-House Insurance Lawyers - Claims Manager Our Client We have an exciting in-house opportunity for junior to mid-level insurance lawyers to join our client, an independent specialist claim manager providing innovative outsourced claim management services across all lines of general insurance.
For Insurance Lawyers looking to utilise their legal skills within an exciting, flexible corporate environment, these could be the ideal roles.
The Roles The roles will be responsible for managing general liability claims across a portfolio of Australian and international insurers.
You will be required to assess liability and financial exposure over a full range of insurance claims and manage resolution accordingly.
The positions will ideally suit lawyers with 1 – 3+ years PQE.
Previous insurance litigation experience would be preferable and ideally you will have exposure to general liability claims involving anything from personal injury, property damage to professional indemnity.
It is not necessary to have exposure or experience across all areas.
