Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 p.a.
+ 11.5% Super | Negotiable based on skills and experience.

About the Role: The Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting financial operations and advising business leaders.
Your responsibilities will include: Advising and Influencing: Provide expert financial advice to leaders, helping them make informed strategic decisions.
Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with various business units to support financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Strategising and Innovating: Contribute to financial strategy development and support business units in achieving their financial goals.
Delivering Financial Excellence: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis for decision-making.
About You: The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, experience in partnering with business leaders, and a passion for supporting organisational success.
Essential Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field Experience in financial management and business performance Strong understanding of financial systems and reporting Ability to communicate financial information effectively NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to complete Desirable: CA/CPA qualified Understanding of risk management principles For You!
