We have a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Transport team.

Working with key business units, you will gain insight into how our business runs and be part of key strategic initiatives.
About The Role The Finance Business Partner for our Finance Transport team is a highly visible role, playing a key part in influencing, coaching and engaging across the Transport and wider finance teams to support decision making, business initiatives and financial management.
You'll also: Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and proactively drive improved business insight and decision making through robust financial analysis and reporting for Coles Transport.
Negotiate and influence outcomes by challenging appropriately using data to deliver the right outcome for the business.
Ensure risks (financial and non-financial) are clearly articulated and addressed in decision making.
Complete and review business plans, forecasts and reports for Coles Transport.
Provide finance and administration support for creation, management and procurement of contracts within Coles Transport.
Prepare business cases and benefit reviews for new business initiatives to support continuous improvement.
Partner with the stakeholders (finance and non-finance) to drive positive change and enhance information provided to senior stakeholders to support the transport agenda.
About You And Your Skills We are after a passionate and energetic Finance Business Partner with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
An ability to manage competing workloads and deliver the best outcomes for stakeholders is key to success in this role.
You'll also need: Ideally CA, CPA or similar business qualification.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, change management, problem solving and influencing skills.
Strong commercial and analytical skills to support understanding of key performance drivers, and raise recommendations on actions required to improve performance.
Experience of working with both financial and non-financial stakeholders and ability to distil and effectively communicate complex information/problems to a broad range of audiences.
Experience of financial KPIs across the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
