Your role: Anglicare Victoria's Financial Counselling program aims to: Deliver high quality Financial Counselling through the provision of information, advice, practical assistance and advocacy intended to stabilise and improve the client's financial situation. Support clients navigate financial crisis, build financial wellbeing, capability and resilience. Facilitate referrals to other services and broader community support services to address client needs. Participation in individual and peer supervision and regular team meetings with team members. How do we assess your application: Qualification Diploma of Financial Counselling Membership of Financial Counselling Victoria Inc. (FC Vic) An understanding of the impact of environmental factors affecting financial independence on individuals, families and communities. Experience in working with clients who have experienced family violence would be highly desirable. Well-developed verbal and written interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and also as part of a team Demonstrated resilience to work with and support clients who have been exposed to trauma What you should know: Salary is in line with Level 5 SCHCADS This starts at $97,377 plus super Negotiable through the increments dependent upon experience.
