Title: Fire Risk Assessor Due to continued growth, this national Fire and Security company is on the lookout for experienced and talented Fire Risk Assessors.
Package: £35,000 - £40,000 basic23 Days holiday plus bank holidays Company Car Travel time paid Fire Risk Assessor Main Responsibilities: Undertake Fire Risk Assessments and make necessary recommendations to customers.
Expert understanding of British Standards relating to Fire and Life Safety Systems.
Experience for all types of builds: Commercial, Industrial, and Domestic.
Knowledge and use of PAS79 fire risk assessment reports.
Provide technical advice in line with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
Conduct Pre and Post FRA inspections ensuring health and safety compliance.
Assess Means of Escape.
Implement Fire Prevention measures.
Manage Fire Protection (Passive and Active).
Fire Risk Assessor Knowledge and Experience: Professional qualification in fire safety management and fire risk assessments from credible providers (Fire Industry Association, NEBOSH, Fire Protection Association).
Membership of a recognised body within the fire industry.
Full UK Driving Licence.
