Fleet Allocator - Logistics

Fleet Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Australian Workforce is a leading national recruitment company.
We are looking for Fleet Allocator for a logistics at Berrinba Queensland to start immediately.
Work hours: Monday to Friday (38 hour week) Full time role offering: 70-110k depending on experience ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule daily transport jobs including wharf cartage, warehouse deliveries, and ad-hoc jobs ensuring that all parties are fully updated.
Immediate response to emails concerning delivery updates, proof of delivery requests or any other queries ensuring maximum client satisfaction on all jobs.
Brief drivers on the requirements of each site and oversee the job from end-to-end.
Daily problem-solving with the ability to adjust schedules simultaneously to minimize disruption.
Control all documentation through the operations department.
Preparing relevant Operations and Customer Service reports.
Complete bookings and manifests via VBS systems.
Directing and overseeing relevant branch functions in conjunction with other Operational staff.
Data entry into various systems.
Manage contractor relationships and service levels.
Provide administration support to Executives as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and in a team Allocator experience (preferred, but not essential) VBS, Container chain, Onestop, freight tracker, freight web experience (preferred, but not essential) WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: Full time permanent job opportunity.
