specialising in the design, manufacture, overhaul and maintenance of Dewatering Pumping and Water Works for Councils, Irrigation, Water & Mining Projects.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the General Manager your key responsibilities include:
Site Manage, Run Crews and Manage Pumping Install Projects.
Manage the site and lead with some hands on Pipework (Manifold) & Measurements - delegate and lead.
Programme VSDS on Equipment, poly-welding where necessary.
Work with Operations to Design, project manage and execute >$1Million Projects.
Work with Aquaculture, Dewatering, Irrigation, Municipality and Mining clients and oversee successful project installations.
Make
smart and quick decisions and run a team.
Oversee and Install
Water & Flow Meters, Water Transfer Equipment, Mechanical Installations and Pipework.
Ensuring adherence to Safe Work Practices.
Lifting, stripping and transporting parts.
Disassembling, assessing and compiling reports on part conditions.
Assembling equipment according to industry standards.
Travelling to site to build relationships and
solve technical pump problems backed by your team.
Working to grow the business with the Directors while growing your team and undertaking valuable industry training.
The Candidate:
Experience with hands on
Poly Welding , Butt Fusion Welding, Electrofusion Welding for Pipe & Riser Systems, Irrigation Outlets, Bay Outlets, Water Monitors, Pivot & Lateral Move Irrigators, Pumps or Automated Irrigation Systems.
Ideally you will have experience working with Pontoons, Floatation platforms, Bore casings, Water delivery systems,
Pumps,
Storage devices, Stock Troughs or Filtration equipment.
VSD programming
experience ready to step into a more senior role with more strategy and less grunt work.
You will also be
required to respond to equipment breakdowns,
conduct on-site repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and advise on equipment upgrades with the support of your team.
A skilled individual fostering curiosity, a hunger for learning, and openness to continuous improvement.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, and solid mechanical knowledge.
Ideally 3 + years
practical experience and knowledge with various pump types
e.g centrifugal, diaphragm, single stage and multi-stage, slurry, and horizontal split pumping systems.
Willingness to learn and results-oriented while maintaining a positive culture.

The Rewards:
Salary of $130,000 - 150,000 + Car + Bonuses (Negotiated based on experience).
