Home Made - Technical Trainer Home Made, a health-tech start-up established in 2020, is seeking a Technical Trainer to join their team.
As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills of Home Made team members.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop training materials for new hire training and ongoing skill development.
Facilitate engaging training sessions for team members.
Conduct regular assessments to measure training effectiveness.
Maintain knowledge of Home Made processes and policies.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training programs.
Document training activities and generate progress reports.
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Act and Aged Care Quality Standards.
Your Skills and Expertise: Experience in training coordination, delivery, and evaluation.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce.
Experience in customer service and aged care sector is advantageous.
