But enough about us, let's talk about you We are in the market for an experienced and qualified Administration Officer to work on a permanent part-time basis, who is passionate about their profession and enjoys the rewards of a good challenge.
As a Gallery Administration Officer, you will work as part of a passionate team in Contemporary Art Spaces Mandurah (CASM).
CASM is the City of Mandurah's premier creative visual arts centre.
Consisting of gallery space, studio residency space, library, gift shop, workshop and native garden, the centre generates a hive of community and tourist activity.
In this role you will assist the CASM team to administer and present a program of six exhibitions, assist in the administration of programs and of professional development opportunities for Mandurah's emerging artists, audience development and community engagement initiatives.

What can you bring to the team? Qualifications: Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent Current unrestricted "C-A" (Automatic) or "C-B" (Manual) class national driver's licence National Police Clearance You will have previous experience with: Customer service, administrative and cash handling.

Effective coordination, organisational and time management skills.
Strong commitment to customer service and principles of community engagement.

Strong fundamental financial management skills.
Developed leadership skills and experience.
Effective understanding and use of digital platforms including Facebook and website.
Drafting, formatting and preparation of correspondence and business documents.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
High level of verbal and written communication skills.
Maintain financial and business records.
The finer details This permanent part-time Level 3 position attracts a pro-rata salary range of $70,866 - $76,641 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.

You will work two 8 hour days per week on average.
During exhibition periods, you will work one day of each weekend and one weekday.
Outside of exhibition periods, you will work two weekdays.
Some shifts will include evening shifts up to 7.30pm to cover exhibition and festival events and activities.
