About the Role This role forms part of the Divisional Assurance Oversight team.
As a Process Management Expert you will accelerate the uplift and effective management of end to end process governance and maturity practices, tools and capabilities, and coordinate with Assurance and Well Managed Managers to articulate and uplift the risks/controls profile across Australia Commercial.
Role Type: 12 month secondment Role Location: Melbourne Work Hours: Full-time What will your day look like? As a Process Management Expert you will: Develop and embed a process framework that aligns process and control management and is supported by data and outcome focused objectives to achieve a sustainable, efficient and effective risk environment.
Support e2e risks/process reviews as requested by Regulators/Internal Audit.
Support Australia Commercial strategic process/risks initiatives, e.g., High Impact Process, CPS230, Non-Financial Risk Transformation, etc.
Support the implementation of the Group Process Management Policy In Australia Commercial.
Coach non-process resources from BAU (Process Owners/delegates, JE, BA, etc.) with process modelling in line with the process governance framework and methodology.
Manage process governance related matters in an appropriate and timely manner, including managing escalations and supporting Process Owners as required.
Coordinate with the Process Engineers working in strategic Commercial Initiatives to ensure the process standards and risks/controls articulation needs are adhered to.
What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Process Modelling: A sound understanding of Process Modelling/Mapping to BPMN 2.0 is essential.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and experience in process analysis is highly regarded, but not essential.
Process Tooling: Experience with business process management systems, process architecture and practices in good process governance is essential.
Experience working with Signavio is highly regarded.
Stakeholder management: The ability to identify, understand and anticipate the needs of those who can affect or be affected by your work in order to gain commitment.
Influencing: The ability to gain the commitment of others through a range of techniques.
Relationship building: The ability to build and nurture relationships, both internally and externally, to maintain and foster mutually trusting and empathetic connections.
Critical Analysis: Strong problem solving and analytical skills, organisation skills and ability to work on multiple priorities at once.
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
