The business is seeking a General Manager to lead their region into the next phase of its growth journey.
As General Manager, you will enjoy full autonomy of the region and enjoy working closely with the broader business nationally.
With full P&L accountability, you will be responsible for both the strategic and operational performance of the state.
This will include a strong focus on revenue growth, service excellence and commercial stability to deliver efficient and effective operations.
You will also provide inspirational coaching and mentoring to foster a high-performing team across operations, customer service, and quality.
We are looking for a General Manager with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic business plans that drive operational excellence and growth.
You will have a strong background in operational leadership and demonstrated experience in establishing a clear discipline and rigour around best practices in systems and processes.
You will also bring excellent people leadership skills, with an ability to bring the team on the journey through periods of change and evolution.
Given the nature of the industry, this experience will have been gained in a healthcare setting.
