For the first time in 20 years, we have an opportunity for an exceptional individual who is highly motivated to fill the role of General Manager for our Victorian Division.
The right candidate will lead our stable & performing Victorian team into the future and drive our growth in profitability, market selection, operating efficiencies and continuous development of our people and will form an integral part of the Stowe Executive Management Team.
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Victorian division, including but not limited to sales, operations, customer relations, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets in Victoria.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
Ensure operational excellence and efficiency in all aspects of our Victorian operations.
Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with other department heads to align Victorian operations with company-wide goals.
Report regularly to the executive team on performance, challenges, and opportunities in Victoria.
Qualifications: Proven experience in an Executive Leadership role.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proven record in significant project delivery profitably.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
In-depth knowledge of the Victorian construction market and business landscape.
Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
