About Our Client Our partner, based in Dandenong, is a large manufacturing company providing quality products and services to the largest retailers in Australia.
With a professional small sales team that works closely with their Chinese headquarters, they strive to be specialists in the market.
Due to growth, our partner is expanding and looking for a Graduate Business Developer who can grow the business by acquiring new retailers.
Within your role, you will be supported by the Senior Account Manager and General Manager.
Job Description Develop new customer projects and leads, focusing on big retailers through lead generation platforms and networking.
Identify and understand all retail fixtures to spot new opportunities.
Meet customers in the Victorian region on a quarterly basis or when needed.
Consult clients on warehouse requirements, provide solutions, process quotes accurately, and ensure timely, complete project delivery.
Manage CRM plans, track leads and opportunities, and ensure proper administration.
Achieve budgeted KPIs, increase the customer base with repeat business, and meet target margins for each project.
The Successful Applicant A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with superior interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven excellence in verbal and written communication, including drafting reports and correspondence for diverse audiences.
Up-to-date knowledge of modern marketing and sales strategies with demonstrated success in sales plans and growth.
Exceptional customer relationship management skills and the ability to acquire new clients using various prospecting sources.
