Exciting opportunity alert! Join our Group FP&A team as a key member, supporting the consolidation of financial results and forecasts for all business units across the Group.
This role also involves providing critical data analytical support to the Finance Business Partnering and broader Finance teams.
The role supports the Head of Group FP&A to provide detailed financial reporting on business performance and forecasts to the Finance GM's, CFO, 'Executive General Management' (EGM) cohort and the broader business.
Let's look at some key responsibilities: Co-ordinate the weekly metric reporting to key stakeholders.
Co-ordinate the consolidation of the LFS's Financial Planning and Analysis processes for both RAI and Opex and interact with the respective Finance and business team leads as required.
Assist in the execution of month end processes to facilitate the completion within prescribed timeframes and co-ordinate the delivery of the monthly performance metrics reporting to management & Board.
Assist with the monitoring of monthly performance across business units, conducting data mining and analysis.
Annually (and more frequently as required) support the Budgets on Product, Segment and Group basis for the Executive team and the Board.
Support the half year and full year ASX disclosures through the preparation/reconciling data for Management Discussion and Analysis, Investor Presentations and Appendix 4 D/4 E.
Contribute to the presentations for the Board, CEO, CFO, external ratings agencies, Debt investors, etc on an as needs basis.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve current reporting and planning processes.
Being a key liaison point for all Group FP&A queries.
Ideally, we're looking for the following: Tertiary qualification in finance or related field.
2+ yrs of finance or financial audit experience.
Outstanding Excel/Power Point skills with high attention to detail.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal), including organising/presenting data.
Good time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, including thoroughness in reviewing data, processes and documentation.
Proactive and inquisitive mindset.
Ability to demonstrate the Latitude values and behaviours.
Anaplan (or equivalent Planning/Budgeting system) experience (Desirable).
