Full time, Monday to Friday role with no late nights or weekends! Based in Highton, Geelong.

About the role: Based@99 bed Highton Gardens Care Community, located in a scenic residential neighborhood in Geelong with Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre just a few minutes away and the best the Geelong region has to offer on our doorstep.
Full Time opportunity.
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Role responsibilities and requirements: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
Previous experience in Head Chef roles.
Create your seasonal menu in consultation with residents.
Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program.
Ensure detailed compliance with the food safety program.
Oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events.
Please note all applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance and NDIS worker's clearance.
