You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, improving margins and strengthening the team following recent changes.
Candidate Profile: Skills, Behaviours & Experience: Extensive senior-level experience in sales & category management within progressive retail & pharmacy channel FMCG organisations A commercially savvy leader with a proven track record in significantly growing market share and entering new categories Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue and margin growth Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining robust customer relationships Established skillset in use of data analytics to drive insights, product innovation and market strategy, with the ability to drive propositions and manage a team effectively Leadership Expertise: Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives Strong experience in leading and managing teams, providing direction and motivating team members to achieve high performance Expertise in identifying and leading the development of new business opportunities, managing key accounts and expanding market presence Experience working within an Executive Leadership Team with demonstrated ability to drive business growth and improve organisational capability Business Partnering: Ability to manage and build customer partnerships and positively influence outcomes in dealings with the trade Understanding of business operations and strategy and capability in developing business cases, problem-solving and continuous process improvement Collaborative approach to engagement at Senior Leadership Team level and across an organisation The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and driven, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be willing to take ownership and lead, and will embrace a collaborative, people-first approach, fostering a culture of trust, inclusivity and continuous improvement.
