Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) A global tech company and long-term partner to over 100 leading brands, is currently seeking a Head of HR to join the team to help shape and execute the overall HR strategy.
The business is in an exciting building phase focused on Australian Critical Infrastructure, with a mission is to drive innovation while fostering a supportive and dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative initiatives.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
Develop and implement learning and development programs that promote growth.
Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and risk management protocols.
Drive HR operational efficiency through process improvement and best practices.
Champion organisational development, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders to influence and implement change at an executive level.
Skills & Experience: Exceptional leadership and management skills with a proven track record.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and related technologies.
In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends.
Experience in a matrix organisation and working within virtual, cross-cultural teams.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work and lead transformations in a dynamic environment while fostering and driving excellence.
You will also be available immediately and can commence early Oct.
