The Role We are looking for a passionate and strategic Head of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand to new heights.
You will have the opportunity to build a dedicated Marketing and Communications team to contribute to CHL Group's strategic goals by enhancing communication with our customers, increasing internal capability, and improving business systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee All Marketing and Communication Efforts: Lead and manage all marketing and communication activities to ensure alignment with our brand and business goals.
Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
Budget and Resource Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
Day-to-Day Marketing Activities: Handle the daily operations of the marketing department, ensuring smooth execution of all campaigns.
Social Media Management: Oversee our social media presence, creating and curating content that resonates with our audience.
Content Creation: Produce engaging content, including blog posts, visuals, and other marketing materials to support our campaigns.
About you: Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the housing, community services or NFP sector.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
