Job Description
Keypath are looking for a Head of People & Culture (P&C), APAC to lead the P&C strategy and manage P&C operations for the region for a maternity leave contract through to October 2025.
Reporting to the CEO APAC, this role combines both strategic and operational management to lead an amazing team to deliver talent acquisition, business partnering, IR/ER, organisational development and WH&S across Australia and Malaysia.

In this dynamic role you will have the opportunity to:
Drive the P&C strategy aligned to Keypath's strategic goals to cultivate a culture that emphasises diversity, inclusion and high performance across the organisation.
Collaborate with our business leaders to build people capabilities and systems, provide outstanding people management counsel, and oversee the execution of all HR processes.
Lead and develop a team of high-performing P&C professionals to deliver P&C activities and maintain our trusted and valued people service to the business.
Manage the talent acquisition strategy, fostering creative talent strategies and maintaining high standards of excellence to support business growth.
Lead and manage organisational change initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement activities
Provide coaching and solution-oriented advice to the business, applying your expertise in end-to-end case management to resolve complex and sensitive people-related issues and ensure compliance with all P&C policies and processes, including OH&S and relevant legislation.
Manage benefit, reward and recognition programs.
Lead and develop employee engagement and cultural initiatives to ensure country values and local norms flourish.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in a similar P&C management role: you will be a strong generalist bringing extensive experience across the full breadth of all people & culture disciplines with experience leading a team. You are an expert at fostering a collaborative, innovative, and resilient culture, and are passionate about building capability in others.
Compliance and employment law: A solid understanding of Australian employment law and Malaysian employment law (preferred). You will have demonstrated success in delivering people advice and solutions that meet legal, strategic and operational needs.
Organisational and communication skills: Your communication and stakeholder management skills will be second to none, and you will enjoy working in a flexible manner, responding to the changing needs and direction of the organisation. You are self-directed, with exceptional organisational skills to manage competing deadlines effectively.
