The objective of this critical role is to lead the Real Assets Team enabling them to deliver high-quality asset consulting services and research.
The Real Assets Team provides Asset Consulting services relating to Infrastructure and Property to Institutional clients both locally and offshore.

Key Responsibilities: Real Assets Research: Undertake research with a focus on the infrastructure sector, build knowledge and understanding of infrastructure assets, investment managers within the infrastructure space.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain client relationships, provide high-quality asset consulting advice to clients.
This includes building a global relationship network with our international clients and our international research partners by demonstrating capability and capacity in a highly specialised area of infrastructure.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Real Assets Team of researchers.
This role has oversight of and is responsible for ensuring timely high-quality research and manager intelligence work and information dissemination.
Business Responsibilities: Contribute to business planning and promote Frontier and the investment-related services provided.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience: Substantial relevant experience in the infrastructure sector, ideally with elements of transaction experience, portfolio management experience, and some manager research experience and knowledge.
An understanding of the institutional investment sector, broader sector, and our clients.
Experience managing a team.
Relevant tertiary qualifications.
Exemplary interpersonal skills and an ability to work in, and contribute to, a team environment by working cooperatively and effectively in an environment of mutual respect and collaboration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels including presenting to clients in a professional and confident manner.
