At LyreBird we're looking for a Head of Sales to join our team.
About the role
Take ownership of inbound and outbound sales strategies, using hands on experience with customers to build out clear and effective formulas for growing Lyrebird as quickly as possible across Australia, the UK and US.
Work directly with the CEO, using a data driven approach, own and iterate Lyrebird's sales strategies to take advantage of a fast moving environment. You will use a first principles to cut through noise and find the processes that accelerate Lyrebird's GTM as fast as possible.
Scale the team: Lead a team of Account Executives to scale Lyrebird's sales strategies across individual, SMB and Enterprise customers, providing coaching, development, and setting revenue quotas and critical metrics to ensure team success.
Spearhead market segmentation and analysis to identify and prioritise key growth opportunities.
Foster a users first culture top down within the sales team, leaving a lasting positive experience for any practitioner who interacts with Lyrebird
Client and Partner Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and industry partners, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
What you'll bring to the table
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership at a tech enabled high growth company
Experience leading leaders
Experience scaling high velocity inbound and outbound teams in a fast moving market
Experience with Hubspot is highly preferred
Experience in either healthcare sales or technical engineering knowledge is a big bonus but not required
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client/agency structure
You have a data driven approach to creating sales strategies and can cut through the noise, then communicate this effectively to the wider team.
Willingness to thrive in a startup environment, highly motivated and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit
You enjoy taking a hands-on approach to personal development and coaching: you'll be expected to provide tailored, direct, and earnest feedback to your team in order to develop the skills of your reports.

Showcase our cutting-edge AI healthcare solutions by conducting compelling demos for mid-market and enterprise clinics, either alongside our CEO or with key team members.
Spearhead the design and execution of our outbound sales strategy, ensuring we're targeting the right prospects with tailored, impactful approaches.
Develop and implement a motivating commission structure for the sales team, aligning individual goals with company objectives to drive results and foster a high-performance culture.
Establish a robust check-in system with your team, conducting regular one-on-ones and team meetings to provide guidance, remove obstacles, and celebrate successes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy and seamless customer journey.
