About The Role The Heart Failure Clinical Nurse Consultant has a broad-based acute clinical expertise that enables them to assess, plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate the patient's care, whilst involving other members from the multidisciplinary team in this process.
These include implementing strategies to improve quality of life, improve cardiac function and prevent or reduce the need for admission or readmission to hospital.
