What will your day look like? As an ANZ Home & Investment Lending Manager, your knowledge of the local market will help you build strong relationships with customers so you can coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
To grow in the role and invest in your future, you will build your own lending capability with great training and development opportunities and specialised coaching support.
What will you bring? To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets would be advantageous, but is not mandatory.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise.
Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network.
Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail.
An active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions.
The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environment.
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
