Hotel Manager

We are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working full-time Hotel Manager for our establishment, "Quality Inn and Suites Traralgon."
This is a full-time job with an exciting opportunity to display your hospitality and operation management skills.
We are located in the regional town of Traralgon in Victoria.
The role demands:
Previous managerial experience in the hospitality sector (preferably hotel).
Exemplary work ethics and high reliability.
Problem-solving abilities to effectively manage obstacles in running a business.
Strong organizational skills.
Positive and friendly personality towards both customers and the team.
Highly professional team-leading attributes.
You will have significant independence in ensuring the hotel operates smoothly, with duties such as hiring, training, and overseeing all departments like kitchen, front office, housekeeping, and accounts, as well as ensuring compliance with hygiene and workplace safety regulations. In return, you will receive a competitive compensation package.
$70,000 - $85,000 + Super
