ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our stakeholders, providing comprehensive HR services to ensure effective HR practices that align with our company's strategic goals.
Your day will include:
Supporting the development of tailored HR strategies to address unique challenges and ambitions.
Assisting and advising managers and employees in matters relating to HR/IR, ensuring company compliance towards the HR framework.
Building strong relationships across the business and with both internal and external stakeholders.
Coaching and mentoring managers in the business to instil strong leadership skills.
This is a standalone, office-based role, with visits to various sites as required.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position you will possess the following:
Tertiary qualification within Human Resources or equivalent.
3+ years' experience as an HR Advisor, including a contemporary understanding of HR laws, regulations, systems and risks.
Ability to work well within a team and autonomously whilst owning your allocated businesses needs.
Exposure and experience in payroll will be advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate and develop rapport with staff members on various levels and maintain confidentiality.
