Due to an exciting period of change, they are looking for an established HR Manager to join the team.
This role works across all HR functions within the Australian business and provides HR support for roughly 150 employees nationwide.
With 1 direct report, responsibilities include setting up processes, conducting performance reviews and conflict resolution, ensuring best practices and compliance, supporting payroll as needed, and more.
Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position based in Richmond, relocating to Essendon Fields in mid to late 2025.
Candidates seeking 0.8 FTE hours or a schedule of 5 days a week (9 AM - 3 PM) will be considered.
The role also offers 1 work-from-home day per fortnight.

About you :5 years experience in a similar Head of HR or HR Manager role.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Experience with employee and office relocations across different sites.
Payroll and MYOB experience is highly regarded but not essential.
Previous experience working with unions and strong negotiation skills.
A team player who is hands-on and takes ownership of their work.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
