This role will see you lead and develop the HR Services & Systems functions to deliver timely and accurate HR advice to the business, ensure accurate processing of organisation, position and employee data, advise on operational HR-related matters, and facilitate the implementation and management of people-centric digital solutions to align with business needs.
This role will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement of our HR processes, systems, and services to ensure efficient operations and a streamlined customer experience.
With a Hybrid split (Office/WFH), this role is based in Southbank and is part of the People Operations team.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to: Lead a centralised team in the streamlined, customer-focused and efficient delivery of HR Services, providing a first point of contact for the business, and triaging more complex matters to the relevant People team member across the BU.
Oversee HR Systems governance and processes to ensure effective incident management, functionality, stability and enhancements aligned with business needs.
This includes providing effective support to digital support teams.
Establish and maintain systems and controls to ensure employee, organisational management and position data integrity.
Ownership of HR Services Calendar, processes, policies and training manual.
The effective development, implementation, and monitoring of Service Level Agreements for Tier 1 HR processes with internal customers.
Identify and deliver upon opportunities for continuous improvement, automation and process efficiency across both HR Services and Systems landscapes.
Facilitate the implementation of new digital solutions to enable People strategy by being adaptive to the digital landscape, and helping improve the employee experience.
Build and develop a team passionate about great service and operational excellence to deliver seamless people services.
Foster the development and growth of the HR Services & Systems teams, inclusive of capability assessments and training needs.
You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, particularly in a HR Services setting, supporting processing efficiency & performance accountability.
A track record of leading a centre of excellence, thinking strategically, bringing new ideas and implementing them at pace and scale.
Ability to streamline processes, deliver customer-focused services and establish effective governance and control mechanisms, ensuring visibility and accountability for work performed by teams.
A depth of understanding of the end-to-end compliance landscape applicable to a human resources function.
Experience operating and leading a complex HRIS, with a detailed understanding of SAP Payroll and Success Factors, ideally when working together, is preferable.
Flexibility and resilience to be able to handle change and work fluctuations and periodical high-pressure situations.
Strong background in implementing and maintaining efficient processes, systems, and controls across the end-to-end People domain.
A strong communicator, influencer and leader, and know how to get the best out of people.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or other related discipline (preferred).
