Hse Advisor

Health, Safety & Environment (Construction) Design and Build are on the hunt for a HSEQ Advisor to join one of Melbourne's growing civil construction companies.
Reporting directly to the HSEQ Manager, you'll be responsible for looking after multiple projects in Melbourne's North & West. Position As the HSEQ Advisor, you will be a vital member of our team, responsible for supporting the health, safety, environmental, and quality initiatives across all their civil work and subdivision projects.
You will collaborate closely with our construction teams, management, and external stakeholders to promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Maintain & implement existing & new safety systems, policies, and procedures Visit sites daily Facilitate the training & growth of the site teams Review SWMS Build relationships with external stakeholders & subcontractors Requirements Cert IV of OHS 3 years' HSEQ advisor experience Background in the civil construction industry Great understanding of ISO Certifications High level communication & problem solving skills Excellent time management skills If you're interested, please click apply or email your CV to .
