You'll be responsible for Contribute to the IB Teams financial and service objectives by achieving your individual targets.
Facilitate training in the AMA4 Guides.
Ensure the administration of IB claims are managed in accordance with the relevant legislation, guidelines, protocols and in accordance with the objectives of the scheme.
Ensure communication with the key stakeholders is timely, empathetic, and accurate.
Maintain internal relationships and demonstrate teamwork and commitment to solving operational issues within and across teams.
About you Experience within a Workers Compensation or personal injury claims management Scheme.
Experience in working with the AMA Guides to Permanent Impairment (4th Edition).
Formal training qualifications in the management of Impairment Benefits (advantageous).
Familiarity with Work Safe's or similar claims management operating systems.
Experience in using MS Office products.
