Role Purpose IDP has a complex technical project delivery runway, with a large and diverse internal audience of impacted stakeholders, from Language Testing Test Centre Administrators and Managers through to Operations and Support and the Global leadership teams.
This role will be primarily focused on: Understanding the Language Testing change landscape and collaborating with initiators of change to effectively understand, and drive the implementation of those changes.
Assessing and identifying the appropriate implementation model for the required change.
Developing, then applying and adapting an Implementation Framework to support the Language Testing operation to standardise and effectively manage implementation.
Ensuring successful engagement and adoption of key projects across the global network through a repeatable implementation framework.
Implementation Change Strategies and Roadmaps and Best Practices Matrix Lead Implementation work streams with a structured methodology / process.
Ownership and maintenance of Language Testing Implementation calendar / roadmap.
Evaluate the impact of planned change.
Identify and managing implementation challenges as they arise.
Engage key project and network stakeholders to create awareness, understanding and support for change implementation.
Align multiple workstreams to deliver a singular voice on implementation activities and requirements to the wider business.
Develop a standardised best practice way of working to guide future implementation activities.
Ensure alignment between key business units with understood roles and responsibilities for executing implementation activities.
Reporting Define Implementation success metrics and measuring performance alongside key project leads.
Develop internal adoption reporting with visibility to select stakeholders within the business.
Develop and maintain a Portfolio Level Implementation / Change Calendar to provide reporting and status updates to management and project teams.
Implementation & Network Management Program Implementation Management Develop comprehensive implementation plans for test centre transitions, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including the development and operational teams, to ensure smooth execution of implementation activities.
Monitor implementation progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Work with digital adoption and learning specialists to develop training, communications and reference materials to support technical releases to the global organisational network.
Work with network operational implementation leads to ensure change is adopted within the network.
Ensure regular implementation updates are provided to senior program leadership.
Test Centre Network Management Oversee the implementation and transition of test centres in alignment with project / initiative requirements.
Collaborate with the test centre network to identify opportunities for improvements in service delivery and operational efficiency.
Ensure that all test centres meet the required technical and operational standards before going live.
Required Experience Essential Requirements Previous experience implementing large business transformation change into a global network.
Previous experience in change management or similar positions.
Understanding of Language Testing operations.
Candidates will require sound understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies, principles, techniques and tools.
Ability to work within a complex, global organisational business environment.
