Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
Strong ITIL / ITSM knowledge
Hands-on experience in using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
Good to have banking domain experience particularly from customer personal data management perspective
End to end incident management process knowledge
Overseeing the incident management process and ensuring the whole team follows the process
Incident management, problem management, release management, change management
Scheduling and driving triages to resolve incidents
Conducting Post Incident Reviews (PIRs)
Strong analytical, problem-solving & time management skills
Minimum technical knowledge on MDM, Java, SQL, Kafka, Elastic, APIs
Strong knowledge on monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace
Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to update stakeholders and upper management in case of major issues
Ability to create dashboards & reports dynamically as required
Accountability, flexibility and ability to work under high-pressure environments
