About You We are looking for a Retail Transformation Consultant with extensive Convenience retail knowledge and experience in: At least 5 years of Energy, Fuel retail, or convenience store industry consulting.
Experience in defining strategy and transformation roadmaps.
Developing thought leadership and innovative thinking within the convenience retail sector.
Demonstrable experience in strategic consulting activities for complex organizations and delivering large-scale projects and programs.
Able to lead global/virtual teams to implement retail technology transformations.
Working with cross-functional and cross-geography teams.
Working with senior-level client stakeholders, handling difficult conversations, and resolving issues.
Process and technology experience in the following areas/capabilities: Site operations, back office, and head office retail transformations.
Physical to digital retail transformations (E-Commerce).
Customer experience and experience design.
Store optimization.
Frictionless customer experience.
Our ideal candidate will be: Able to lead global/virtual teams to implement retail technology transformations.
Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit and team player mindset, adept at engaging senior stakeholders.
An excellent communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Able to audit existing ecosystems and suggest strategies for operational efficiency and thought leadership.
A self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in a matrix team structure, and assume front-end roles at client locations.
