We are currently seeking a proactive and proven injury management professional to join our team.
Reporting to the HSE Business Partner, this role will lead the effective management of injury / illness cases as well as identifying and contributing to the introduction of preventative strategies, policies and mechanisms.
Furthermore, the role will support H&S reporting, health and well-being initiatives and other administration.

Key responsibilities for this position include: Overseeing all aspects of injury/illness management and workers' compensation from end-to-end (across VIC, NSW, QLD and SA) Providing proactive coaching and support to managers Ensuring all claims are managed effectively and in line with the Ridley systems and policies Driving the RTW strategy and provide guidance and support to site based RTW co-ordinators Assisting and educating Ridley personnel on RTW strategies Proactively liaising with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, on fitness for work matters to ensure productive and positive outcomes Adopting an early intervention philosophy to manage fitness for work in partnership with line managers and HR Driving continuous improvement and preventative initiatives across the business The key skills required for this role include: Thorough understanding of Australian workers' compensation legislation Strong case management skills including a demonstrated ability to lead difficult conversations Exceptional skills in relationship management on all levels and strong influencing skills Demonstrated maturity, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills and active listening skills Ability to coach and influence stakeholders Team orientated and results focused Excellent numerical and recording skills Strong Microsoft suite and Outlook skills Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality Effective time management Experience in managing fitness for work cases (desirable) How to apply If this is you, please click apply now and provide your CV/resume.
