Your Impact: Reporting to the Head of Marketing - ANZ and based in Southbank, VIC, you will be responsible for bringing innovation to life through identifying and delivering the innovation pipeline for our Fresh Milk portfolio.
Leading the development of new products from opportunity identification, building winning concepts and launching product toolkits, you will also lead cross-functional teams as you project manage the commercialisation of innovation projects with successful commercial outcomes.
More specifically, you will be involved in: Leading the development and delivery of a rolling 3-year strategic innovation pipeline.
Developing winning product concepts.
Developing packaging format recommendations to effectively bring product to life.
Leading our external agency in pack artwork development.
Assisting to develop and validate pricing and promotional strategies.
Validating the size of commercial opportunities and working with the brand & sales team to develop robust product P&Ls.
Leading cross-functional teams to bring new products to life.
Coordinating the development of strong commercial launch plans working with the brand team on launch toolkits.
Leading post-launch reviews to enable continuous improvement of the NPD process.
What you will bring: 5+ years in innovation and/or brand management roles with high level of involvement delivering NPD launches in a strong commercially focused FMCG environment.
Proven project management skills are essential, including project planning and implementation.
A commercial track record of building an innovation portfolio and leading new product launches.
The ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at a variety of levels.
Previous experience in packaging concept development and pack design.
The ability to extract key insights from category, consumer, and competitor data from formal research and other sources.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
Solid financial acumen with the ability to produce value chains and P&Ls.
Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Power Point and Excel.
The ability to work autonomously, while also comfortable to seek help when needed.
Tertiary qualification in marketing or innovation is preferred.
