About the role BOQ Group is looking for a Capability Design Specialist on a 6 month Max-Term contract, to deliver critical strategic and compliance capabilities for our entire workforce.
The Capability Design Specialist will consult with key stakeholders across the Group to understand business problems, the desired outcomes from learning interventions, and determine and design effective solutions.
What you'll be responsible for Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth.
Support UX design activities such as wireframing, prototyping, and creating design specifications and style guides.
Identify and uncover user requirements, problems, and goals, to form insights that guide the design of the user experience.
Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.
Generates multiple innovative/new/novel ideas to solve a problem.
Copes with changes and ambiguity in varying circumstances and can adapt behaviour effectively.
