Manage a portfolio of clients assisting with their insurance needs Collect client information for new quotes, renewals, endorsements, and enquiries When necessary, work with the claims team to finalize claims Process payments, cancellations, and refunds Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution Liaise with underwriters and industry partners Build rapport and deliver great customer service What do you need?
