As we continue to grow through acquisitions and new developments, we are seeking an experienced Aged Care Integration Manager to lead the successful integration of acquired businesses and oversee the commissioning of new facilities.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Integration Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of acquired aged care businesses into our existing national framework.
You will also be responsible for the commissioning of greenfield and newly acquired aged care facilities, leading teams through project planning and execution to ensure that all facilities meet the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of aged care operations.
This is a newly created full-time hybrid role, located in Melbourne, Victoria - the expectation is this role will work across our homes as required, with the option to work from home a couple of days per week.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the integration of acquired aged care businesses into the existing national framework, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, standards, and culture.
Develop and implement project plans for the commissioning of greenfield and acquired facilities, from initial planning through to successful opening.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Governance, People & Culture, Finance, and all support functions to ensure a coordinated approach to integration and facility openings.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.
Oversee due diligence, risk assessment, and compliance checks during integration and commissioning phases.
Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure all new and acquired facilities meet or exceed aged care standards and legislative requirements.
Ensure smooth handover of operational responsibilities to facility management teams post-integration or commissioning.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
Champion a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout the integration and commissioning processes.
As part of being an Infinite Aged care employee you will be required to complete pre-employment checks - including having valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willing to apply for one if successful).
Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in project management and/or business integration, ideally within the aged care or healthcare sectors.
Strong understanding of aged care regulatory requirements, standards, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects across multiple locations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong financial and budget management experience.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business management, project management, or a related field.
