A new and exciting opportunity now available for a motivated and experienced IP Administrator to become an integral member of this well-established and highly regarded Firm based in Mulgrave.
About The Role Supporting a team of Attorneys all described as "great to work with" you'll enjoy a busy and varied role as well as being involved in interesting matters.
Responsibilities Prepare & coordinate correspondence and documentation including patent, design and trademark filings.
Manage file content and billing cycle.
Schedule appointments.
Liaise and correspond with clients directly.
Monitor daily deadlines and update IP database.
Update client contact information.
Generate client matter reports.
Other ad hoc duties as directed.
About You To secure this exciting opportunity you will have at least 4 years' experience in IP in a similar administration role - Patents experience is essential.
You will also have: Proficient MS Office and database management skills.
Top organisational skills.
High attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
A positive and pro-active team attitude.
