We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support our IT Manager on an ad-hoc basis, one day a week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a student looking to gain valuable experience in the IT field.
What will I be doing? Assist hotel team with IT issues like password resets, software troubleshooting, and new user setups.
Help configure hardware, including reimaging computers and setting up printers, under IT Manager's guidance.
Monitor hotel network and Wi-Fi systems, reporting issues to the IT Manager.
Support software installation and updates, ensuring smooth operation.
Aid hotel team with IT tasks such as using email, office applications, PMS, POS, and other systems.
Maintain records of IT equipment and supplies.
Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
What are we looking for? Willingness to help and support the hotel team.
Interest to learn and understand computer networking topology/skills.
Strong administration and communication skills – both verbal and written.
Proficiency with computers and computer programs.
Excellent skills with Microsoft applications such as Office, Outlook, Teams, One Drive, etc.
to install and troubleshoot.
