About the Role: Partner with clients across Melbourne to understand their specific IT recruitment needs.
Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates.
Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to the offer stage.
Negotiate salaries and packages for successful candidates.
Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
Contribute to the growth and success of the Milestone IT team.
What you'll bring: Minimum 2 years experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
Proven track record of success in placing IT professionals within infrastructure and software development roles.
Strong understanding of the current IT recruitment landscape in Melbourne.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
A passion for technology and a genuine desire to help people find their dream jobs.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
