As a Journey Expert focused on Project Delivery/Business Analysis within the Loan Purpose Address squad, your main priority is to elaborate, design, test and implement changes across frontend systems and Loan Purpose collateral to ensure the controls for Address Management (Residential vs Mailing vs Security) are clearly defined for Owner Occupied and Investment Loans.
Our Journey Expert roles offer you not only the flexibility and variety within the realm of Project Delivery, but also the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities outside of this domain.
You may be asked to contribute your skills to other teams that support different aspects of the Home Loans business, providing you with a chance to develop a broader understanding of the industry and develop new skills.

Key Responsibilities The successful applicant will be open to contributing to and supporting any of the below activities: Identify/support identification of the scope and capacity to deliver each deliverable before providing inputs into the overall delivery roadmap and plan.
Gather and translate business needs into consumable requirements.
This includes leading/supporting elicitation workshops, analysis, specification and validation of requirements, as well as understanding feasibility and potential impacts.
Identify and analyse impacted business processes, including understanding of as-is and to-be processes.
Create new and update existing process maps where necessary using Signavio and obtain appropriate process owner approvals.
Undertake analysis in collaboration with stakeholders to fully comprehend problem statements, to deliver and playback future state options where MVP/iterations have been defined.
Source and utilise data to (in)validate assumptions throughout and after delivery.
Seek guidance and support from Data Analysts, where required.
Engage with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle, sharing updates, seeking feedback and responding to feedback.
Ensure potential and active risks and issues are captured, assessed, managed and mitigated in a timely manner.
Work with squads and stakeholders to translate high-level goals into detailed plans, business impacts, communications, Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and change interventions, then prepare and execute on those plans.
Plan, facilitate and manage/support testing activity for your deliverables, such as UAT, BVT, DRH.
Create and maintain supporting materials; including but not exclusive to the collateral required throughout delivery e.g.
Knowledge Management Guides, Process Maps, Business Impact Assessment (BIA), Operational Risk Assessment (ORA), Product Variation Document.

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following: Experience across various delivery functions, such as business analysis, risk management and implementing change.
Excellent interpersonal, active listening and influencing skills – you need to be comfortable asking questions, raising concerns, and constantly thinking about our customers.
Experience in stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
Business analysis skills leveraging structured thinking, determining success measures through data analysis.
Ability to solve problems through drawing on past experiences and applying judgement within your skill set.
An eye for detail - as a member of a team responsible for analysis and writing requirements, your willingness to iteratively improve precision and clarity is paramount.
Familiarity with agile delivery, process mapping & business/technical requirements.
Experience in translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Ability to learn on the job, navigate through ambiguity and a demonstrated growth mindset.
Exposure to home lending or related financial services domains & systems is preferred.
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
