Ongoing training opportunities Collaborating with a supportive, caring, and passionate team Accessible and approachable management Flexible working arrangements About the role: As a Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Administrator at Gateways you will: Support with the induction and rostering of all Inclusion Support Additional Assistant (ISAA) staff, in line with kindergarten requirements Be responsible for monitoring the KIS mailbox and responding to both internal and external enquiries Be responsible for supporting all staff on their commencement in the ISAA role Liaise with Kindergarten and Childcare services around the recruitment of ISAA staff to their service Take responsibility for maintaining the backfill list and casual staffing pool Let's talk about you! Do you possess the following qualifications and skills? 1-3 years' experience in an administrative role Excellent written and verbal communication Capacity to adapt to changing priorities Strong attention to detail Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office, client rostering and client management database systems Please Note: The following compliance documents are required for this role: NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one) NDIS Workers Orientation Module certificate of completion Victorian Working with Children Check (employee status) For more information, please email to request a detailed Position Description.
