Land Sales Consultant

The Company Our client is a successful property group that has a proven track record in delivering residential projects to market.
They are currently looking to bolster their sales team by recruiting a Sales Consultant.
About the role Provide "A" class customer experience and service to prospective customers Be able to qualify/understand the needs and requirements of the customer and provide the right solution Manage the full end-to-end sales process, achieving and exceeding targets whilst maintaining low cancellation rates Contribute analysis of local competitor activity and identify new lead generation activities to supplement site traffic Proactively manage/follow up all leads and be the ambassador for the project Effectively utilise the CRM to achieve sales results and ensure accurate data Relevant reporting on sales and lead activity to the Sales Manager and the internal project teams Core skills and experience A strong understanding of the property market Proven performer with a strong history in land sales Solid communication and listening skills coupled with superior negotiation skills Strong relationship management skills and an effective networker Be resilient, possess a strong work ethic and a winning mentality What is on offer The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a successful project and be well supported with strong marketing campaigns that will generate a lot of interest and new lead activity.
