If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Landscape Team Leader and play a crucial role in leading the team to create amazing outdoor environments for our customers.
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to: Run a design and build team producing domestic gardens from design or instruction.
Carry out the physical implementation of the gardens including: slab laying, moving materials and aggregate, brick laying, planting, turfing, fencing, excavating, mortar and concrete mixing and working with water features.
Ensure, where possible, that the site is kept as clean and tidy as possible.
Once a job is completed, the tools used are cleaned and put away.
Deal with client queries promptly and efficiently, always using initiative.
Ensure that delivery notes are handed in to the main office.
Ensure, where possible, that the company vehicles are kept clean and tidy.
Make yourself aware of the health and safety policy and work within it.
Produce the gardens to a high specification within a given time frame.
Take responsibility for company tools and vehicles under your control.
Report any tool losses or damage to equipment/vehicles to the Landscape Manager.
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties directed by your supervisor or Manager.
Nice to have: Minimum 3 years landscaping experience covering all aspects of hard and soft landscaping including (but not limited to): patios, paving, fencing, decking, artificial turf etc.
Good communication skills.
A good problem solver with a can-do attitude.
Previous experience managing a team.
Must have a Full UK driving licence.

Store: Bagshot Department: Landscape Contract: Full-time, working Monday – Friday each week.
Hours: 40 hrs per week (7:30am – 4:00pm).
Job Type: Full-time Pay: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Experience: Landscape: 1 year (required).
Team management: 1 year (preferred).
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required).
Work Location: In person.
